Tax Collection Dates
Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are due on May 10, 2024 and November 13, 2024.
Tax Information
The owner of record is determined by who owned the property as of January 1st of the previous year.
If property was purchased after January 1st of the previous year, you will need to have the former owner’s name and find out from the title company who is responsible for paying the taxes. For split properties, please contact the Auditor’s office and the Assessor’s Office to have a split sheet done before you pay the taxes.
Mobile Homes are assessed and payable the same year and are due on the dates noted above.
